一、Maintenance of water cooling system.

 

1th, The water quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35°C. It is recommended that the user choose a chiller. (Change the cooling water once a week in summer and once every two weeks in winter)

 

2th, Cleaning the water tank: first turn off the power, unplug the water inlet pipe, let the water in the laser tube automatically flow into the water tank, open the water tank, take out the water pump, and remove the dirt on the water pump. Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, restore the water pump to the water tank, insert the water pipe connecting the water pump into the water inlet, and arrange the joints. Power on the water pump separately and run it for 2-3 minutes (make the laser tube full of circulating water)

 

二、Maintenance of dust removal system

 

The long-term use of the fan will cause a lot of solid dust to accumulate in the fan, which will make the fan generate a lot of noise, and is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power, remove the air inlet and outlet ducts on the fan, remove the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down, and pull the fan blades inside until it is clean. , then install the fan.

 

三、Maintenance of optical system.

 

1th, The mirror and focusing mirror will be polluted after a period of use, especially when there is a lot of smoke and dust from engraving organic substances, so they should be wiped in time. Just wipe gently with lens paper or absorbent cotton and medical alcohol. Be careful not to rub or contact lenses with rough materials.

Large, although there is usually no offset, it is recommended to check whether the optical path is normal before each work, and then adjust the optical path in time.

 

3th, The laser tube is the core component of the machine. When different powers are used to set different currents, the current is too high (preferably lower than 22ma), which will shorten the service life of the laser tube. At the same time, it is best to prevent long-term work in the limit power state (use power lower than 80%), otherwise it will accelerate the shortening of the service life of the laser tube.

 

Note: Make sure that the laser tube is filled with circulating water before the machine works.

 

四、Maintenance of the motion system

 

After the machine runs for a long time, the screws and couplings at the moving joints may become loose, which will affect the stability of the mechanical movement. Therefore, during the operation of the machine, it is necessary to observe whether there are abnormal noises or abnormal phenomena in the transmission parts, and find problems in time. Sturdy and maintained. At the same time, the machine should tighten the screws one by one with a tool over a period of time. The first sturdiness should be about a month after the device is used.

 

Be sure to clean the dirt on the guide rails and racks before automatic lubrication, and then automatically lubricate the rails and racks once a week to prevent the guide rails and racks from rusting and serious wear and prolong the service life of the machine (recommended to use rail oil 48# or 68#).
