1th Step: Connect the water cooler and air pump, and turn on the power of the machine.

  

2th Step: Use the control panel to point out the light and check if the machine light path is in the center of the lens. (Note: Before the laser tube emits light, make sure that the water cooler keeps the water cooling cycle)

3th Step: Connect the data cable between the computer and the machine, read the board information.

1) When the data cable is a USB data cable.

2) When the data cable is a network cable. It is necessary to modify the IP4 address of the network cable port of the computer and the board to: 192.168.1.100.

4th Step: Open the control software RDWorksV8, then start to edit files and set processing parameters, and finally load the processing program into the control board.

5th Step: Use the focal length block to adjust the focal length, (place the focal length block on the surface of the material, then release the laser head lens barrel, let it fall on the focal length naturally, then tighten the lens barrel, and the standard focal length is completed)

6th Step: Move the laser head to the starting point of the processing of the material, (Origin-Enter-Start-Pause) and click to start processing.

If the machine has a Z-axis with a lift table, and an auto-focusing device is installed, please place the material to be processed under the auto-focus, and then click the auto-focus function, and the machine can automatically need the focal length.
