They all has one kinds of working table. There is no which kind of countertop is better or which is worse, and it needs to be selected according to the needs of the work. 

There are three types working table for the 3d woodworking cnc router: Vacuum table, T-slot table, vacuum table mixed T-slot table. Customer can choose the working table for their machine according to their production demand, reduce unnecessary waste.

一、Vacuum table

 

 

Component: It is composed of vacuum table, vacuum area control valve and vacuum pump. There are several suction holes on the vacuum table, which are connected to the vacuum pump through pipes at the bottom of the table, which make the cnc router machines 3d have the function of vacuum adsorption.

 

The vacuum table is divided into multiple areas, generally divided into four, six or eight areas, each area has its corresponding switch valve, we can easily open and close the vacuum area through the controller. Components: It is composed of aluminum profiles, PVC sheets, and fixed tools.

Applicable work：Mainly used in hollow processing, small handicrafts and processing of metal materials.

In order to protect the integrity of the PVC on the aluminum profile and prevent the high temperature deformation of the table during transportation, usually it is not milled and flattened before delivery, and the bottom milling cutter is sent to the customer so that the customer can mill it after receiving the goods, unless the customer specifically requests, the factory Will mill flat PVC.

 

三、Vacuum table mixed T-slot table

 

Components：It is composed of vacuum table, vacuum area control valve, vacuum pump, T-slot and fixed fixture. It combines parts of vacuum adsorption table and aluminum profile, and has all the components of vacuum table and part of aluminum profile.

Methods of using：When using a large plate, use it with a vacuum pump, put the material on the table, open the valve, and then the table can be firmly adsorbed. When using small materials, use it with a vacuum pump, put the material on the table, open the valve, and then use a fixture to firmly adsorb the table.

Applicable work：Mainly used in panel furniture custom processing, wooden door processing, large plate relief carving, hollow processing, different materials plate cutting, small handicrafts and processing of metal materials (small plates must be slightly less than the distance between two T-slots).

The vacuum table mixed T-slot table will not be shipped until they are milled in the factory, and the level error of the countertops will not exceed ±0.05mm.
